IVLF Advisors LLC recently advised Kazoo Technology (Hong Kong) Limited on its franchise entry into Vietnam. On 6 December 2025, edtech platform KiddiHub and Kazoo Technology officially announced the opening of LingoJia – the first franchised Turtle Learn Chinese-language centre in Vietnam.

Turtle Learn: A Strategic Step into Vietnam
Developed on research from the Education University of Hong Kong, Turtle Learn is an international-standard Chinese programme for children aged 3–13. Before entering Vietnam, its franchise model had proven successful across nine markets in the region, including Singapore, Malaysia and Japan. Kazoo’s Managing Director, Mr Kendall, identified Vietnam as the company’s next strategic market, with KiddiHub – whose network connects more than 2,000 kindergartens and education centres – as the key partner for scaling the model.
IVLF’s Role in the Franchise Transaction
Bringing an international education brand into Vietnam through franchising demands deep knowledge of local investment, commercial and intellectual property law while preserving international standards of brand protection. - Establishing Turtle Learn Vietnam: advising on strategy and completing the incorporation of the foreign-invested entity Turtle Learn Vietnam, giving the brand owner a long-term local platform for quality control and system support.
