IVLF Advisors was founded in February 2022 by lawyers and finance professionals who had spent years executing demanding transactions at leading firms and wanted to build something more integrated: one team where the legal answer, the tax answer and the financial answer are developed together rather than reconciled afterwards. The name reflects the mandate – Investment, Valuation, Law and Finance – and the firm has grown by keeping that promise on every engagement.
