• Advising and reviewing office/factory/ land leasing agreements to be executed between the client as a lessee and local lessor, including the competent State authority for placing a fixed investment location.
• Advising clients in investing/ transferring projects related to commercial housing, resort, hospitality, a complex of any of them, renewable energy – mining, and others.
• Working and following up with competent authorities for applying for investment licenses/approvals/permissions, and attending to administrative procedures with the ones.
• Handling post-licensed procedures for foreign-invested projects.
• Advising on regulatory and compliance issues in connection with the operation and extension of foreign-invested projects in Vietnam.
• Advising and preparing necessary documents for implementing Investment liquidation.
