He has already worked as an in-house advisor for numerous large corporations, such as TNG Holdings, Familymart, CEO, Comit Telecom Philipin JSC, and Song Da Construction & Investment JSC.
Nguyen Xuan Ngoc has been involved in a number of comprehensive finance, accounting, and pricing advisory engagements and corporate restructuring projects for Vietnamese and multinational corporations in a wide variety of industries, helping his esteemed clients to make well profit and well prepare for the process of pre-fundraising, M&A, IPO, bond issuances.
Nguyen Xuan Ngoc has actively participated as a key member in providing various finance, pricing, and accounting services including due diligence, finance advisory, pricing advisory; accounting advisory, investment project assessment and appraisal, effectiveness thereof, and corporate advisory services to foreign investors entering into and operating Vietnam. He is also hands-on in dealing with competent authorities in Vietnam. He has represented various clients in dealing with competent authorities on taxation and compliance issues, both at local and national levels.
