Hoang Minh Man is a partner in charge of the tax advisory services of the firm. He has over 10 years of experience in business and tax consulting in Vietnam. He worked for one of the Big Four in Vietnam before acting as Head of Finance and Accounting of the Renewable Energy & Agriculture enterprise.
He has been involved in a number of comprehensive tax advisory engagements and tax restructuring projects for Vietnamese and multinational corporations in a wide variety of industries, including measurement, and analysis of potential tax issues and related issues of clients: arising transactions, commercial agreements, campaign, new project, internal process, tax policies, business model, new establishment, restructure, tax planning and saving.
He has actively participated as a key member in providing various taxation services including due diligence, tax advisory, tax health check; tax audit assistance, and tax compliance, also advisory services to foreign investors entering into and operating Vietnam. He is also hands-on in dealing with competent authorities in Vietnam. He has represented various clients in dealing with competent authorities on taxation issues, both at local and national levels.
